  • Automated bulk conversions without prior authorization.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your Files: You retain ownership. We only process them as instructed.
• Our Assets: All software, logos, and documentation are our exclusive property.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not:
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our source code.
• Upload malicious files (viruses, trojans, etc.).
• Overload our infrastructure (e.g., via bots or excessive API calls).

6. Disclaimers

• Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Output Accuracy: Complex layouts (e.g., CAD drawings) may not convert perfectly.
• Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for external sites linked from our Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for:
  • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
  • Files lost due to user error (e.g., accidental deletion).
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us in the past 6 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Remain inactive for 12+ months.
